How to register as a RW Club Member?

To register as a RW Club Member, we simply ask you to provide us the unique serial number of your watch. This serial number is engraved on the back of every RAYMOND WEIL timepiece purchased since 1999. The serial number contains, in most cases, one letter followed by 6 digits (ie: Z511443).

If you own more than one RAYMOND WEIL timepiece, please enter them all. Simply note that it is the first watch and its serial number you will enter that will be used to validate your RW Club membership. Therefore, if you do own more than one RAYMOND WEIL timepiece, use your latest model as your first entry watch.



What is the serial number of your RAYMOND WEIL watch?

The serial number is a unique number engraved on the back of every RAYMOND WEIL timepiece made since 1999. The serial number contains, in most cases, one letter followed by 6 digits (ie: Z511443).


Where is the serial number on your RAYMOND WEIL watch?

The serial number is always located on the bottom half of the back of the watch case. To find it, take your watch off your wrist and turn it around.


Problems that can occur:

Approximately 95% of the RW Club registrations will be validated. Nevertheless, approximately 5% will not be validated due to the following issues:

- All RAYMOND WEIL watches  do not possess a serial number.

- The engraved serial number became a standard process since 1999 only. Before 1999, the serial number's database was updated manually. Therefore, keying in mistakes might have occurred during the process.

- If your watch was repaired, the after-sales centre might have changed the back of your case watch depending of the problem you encountered. This will unfortunately make your RAYMOND WEIL timepiece untraceable for our database and therefore not enable you to use to enter the RW Club.

By joining the RW Club, Members will benefit from exclusive offers provided by RAYMOND WEIL, which include, without limitation, opportunities to enter contests and win gifts, numerous offers, and exclusive highlights about new products of RAYMOND WEIL.

In order to become a Member of the RW Club you are asked to provide us with certain personal information including, without limitation: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, country of residence and other information which will allow us to better define your wants and needs (a “Profile”).

By becoming a Member of the RW Club you automatically receive our Newsletter via email which will provide you with information and promotional offers concerning RAYMOND WEIL products and services. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter please go to http://www.raymond-weil.com and log in and click on “My Account” to unsubscribe. You may also unsubscribe from the Newsletter - or any other email message that RAYMOND WEIL thought may be of interest to you - by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email with the exception of emails related to an online purchase via http://france.raymond-weil.com.

By becoming a Member of the RW Club you voluntarily provide us with such personal information with your knowledge and consent. All personal information collected will be stored in a secure manner and used only by RAYMOND WEIL.

RAYMOND WEIL commits not to share your personal information with third parties in any way contrary to this Privacy Policy. You undertake to provide RAYMOND WEIL with accurate information and not to infringe any applicable laws pertaining to this matter. If you have any doubts about the accuracy and/or legitimacy of this information, we recommend not joining the RW Club.

RAYMOND WEIL will use this personal information to continuously update offers in order to focus as much as possible on the needs and preferences of Members. Further, by using our Website, you authorize RAYMOND WEIL to share your personal information, detailed in your Profile, with the official RAYMOND WEIL distributor in your country of residence for, among other things, marketing purposes, information about new products and notices about new shop openings and RAYMOND WEIL events. In addition, RAYMOND WEIL reserves the right to disclose personal, non-identifiable information to outside contractors who provide specific services and products related to RAYMOND WEIL.

In accordance with applicable Swiss laws, you have the right to access, update, modify and rectify personal information you have provided us. You will receive an email message asking you to confirm that you wish to delete your account. By clicking on the link provided in the email to this effect you will delete your account. A confirmation that your account has been successfully deleted will be displayed.
