To restore your timepiece’s original radiance, our polishing service is carried out with the utmost respect for its lines and finishes. This service is exclusively available for stainless steel watches and must be combined with Q2, Q3, M2 or M3 service types.

At RAYMOND WEIL, each timepiece is created to accompany you for many years. Preserving its longevity and performance remains essential. Our After-Sales Service places the expertise of our watchmakers at your disposal to maintain both the functionality and value of your watch. Upon receipt of your timepiece, a complete diagnostic is carried out. A detailed estimate is then provided for your approval prior to any intervention.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

RESTORATION

For timepieces over 20 years old, restoration is performed with the utmost care. Subject to availability, we may replace the following components where necessary:

SERVICE WARRANTY

A two-year warranty is granted following any intervention carried out in our workshops for Q2, Q3, M2 and M3 service types. This warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement and the work performed.

AUTHENTICITY

Each timepiece entrusted to our workshops undergoes an authenticity verification prior to any intervention. In the event of doubt or the presence of modified parts, the owner will be informed.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICING

We recommend a complete service every 3 to 5 years, as well as a battery replacement every 2 to 3 years for quartz models, as a depleted battery may damage the movement. These recommendations may vary depending on the frequency of use and the conditions in which the watch is worn.

At RAYMOND WEIL, preserving the longevity and performance of each timepiece is a priority. Your watch should be entrusted to an official RAYMOND WEIL service centre, where our watchmakers will carry out all necessary maintenance and repairs with the utmost care.
