Upon receipt of your timepiece, a complete diagnostic is carried out. A detailed estimate is then provided for your approval prior to any intervention.

We recommend a complete service every 3 to 5 years, as well as a battery replacement every 2 to 3 years for quartz models, as a depleted battery may damage the movement. These recommendations may vary depending on the frequency of use and the conditions in which the watch is worn.
