Refund policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made by consumers in the United Kingdom through Raymond Weil SA or its UK subsidiary.
1 RETURN POLICY
1.1 If you change your mind, you may return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange including standard delivery costs. However, notice must be provided to us by email within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned:
- unworn
- unadjusted
- with no removal of protective elements
- with all original packaging, warranty cards, proof of purchase, certificates and accessories
- in fully resalable condition
1.2 The 28-day cancellation right does not apply to:
- bespoke watches
- engraved or personalised pieces
- made-to-order configurations
Such orders are final and non-refundable, except where the product is faulty within the meaning of UK law.
2 RETURN PROCESS
Please contact our customer service team at aftersales@raymond-weil.co.uk. We will send pre-paid packaging and instructions for you to send the goods back to us. If you do not use the pre-paid label included in the package delivered, the dispatch costs will be payable by yourself.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of cancellation.
3 REFUNDS
Please note refunds will be processed on the original payment method. It can take up to 7 days for this to show in your account.
We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
4 FOR FAULTY GOODS
All our products undergo strict quality control checks. However, on the rare occasion that goods may be supplied with a fault :
In this case, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for faulty goods will be covered by us. To qualify:
- The fault must not result from accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.
- The watch must be returned for inspection.
We reserve the right to carry out a technical examination before confirming eligibility for refund. If no fault is found, the watch will be returned to you and reasonable inspection costs may be charged.
After 30 days and within the first six months:
- We may offer repair or replacement as the primary remedy.
- A refund will only be offered if repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful.
After six months from delivery, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the goods do not conform to the contract. However, you will need to demonstrate that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.
Any refund after use may be subject to a deduction reflecting fair use, as permitted by law.
RAYMOND WEIL subject all returns to strict quality control checks. Please ensure returned goods are in compliance with the terms outlined above. If we have adjusted the size of watch bracelets, please ensure the original links are returned also.
5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
- Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the watch.
Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
