抛光服务

P1 表壳抛光 & P2 表壳及表链抛光。仅适用于不锈钢腕表(Q2、Q3、M2、M3 系列除外)。

通过我们的腕表抛光服务,让您的 RAYMOND WEIL 腕表始终焕发光彩。腕表在佩戴过程中难免会出现细小划痕或轻微磕痕,从而逐渐削弱金属原有的光泽。我们经验丰富的技师将以纯手工方式对每一枚腕表进行清洁与抛光,重现金属的亮泽或雾面效果。

请注意:镀金材质无法进行抛光处理,而深度凹痕或划痕只能尽量减轻。

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

Each operation is carried out using certified components and high-precision instruments.

RESTORATION

For timepieces over 20 years old, restoration is performed with the utmost care. Subject to availability, we may replace the following components where necessary:

  • - Crystal, crown and gaskets
  • - Bracelet, clasp or case

Our watchmakers are committed to preserving the authenticity and integrity of each model.

ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES

- Mechanical service: 4 to 6 weeks

- Quartz service: 2 to 4 weeks

- Polishing: + 3 weeks

- Restoration of vintage models: upon request

SERVICE WARRANTY

A two-year warranty is granted following any intervention carried out in our workshops for Q2, Q3, M2 and M3 service types. This warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement and the work performed.

GENUINE PARTS

All repairs are carried out exclusively using genuine RAYMOND WEIL components, ensuring the longevity and value of your timepiece.

AUTHENTICITY

Each timepiece entrusted to our workshops undergoes an authenticity verification prior to any intervention. In the event of doubt or the presence of modified parts, the owner will be informed.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICING

To ensure your timepiece continues to perform with precision over time, regular maintenance is essential. We recommend a complete service every 3 to 5 years, as well as a battery replacement every 2 to 3 years for quartz models, as a depleted battery may damage the movement. These recommendations may vary depending on the frequency of use and the conditions in which the watch is worn.

At RAYMOND WEIL, preserving the longevity and performance of each timepiece is a priority. Your watch should be entrusted to an official RAYMOND WEIL service centre, where our watchmakers will carry out all necessary maintenance and repairs with the utmost care.
