By placing an order through our website http://www.raymond-weil.co.uk ("Website"), you fully accept these Terms in effect at the time of your order. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before ordering and saving or printing a copy for future reference.

Supply of Products via the Website

• 2.1 Individual Purchases:

These Terms apply to individual purchases made through the Website. For business orders, such as multiple products for employee gifts, please notify us. We reserve the right to refuse or impose separate terms for business orders.

• 2.2 Shipping Restrictions:

R.WEIL DISTRIBUTION UK LTD does not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or commercial addresses. We reserve the right to request a change of shipping address or cancel orders with such addresses.

• 2.3 Product Packaging:

Packaging may vary from images shown on the Website.

• 2.4 Gift with Purchase:

R.WEIL DISTRIBUTION UK LTD may offer exclusive gifts during promotional periods. If a gift is included with your order and the qualifying order is subsequently returned, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, R.WEIL DISTRIBUTION UK LTD reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund. All promotional gifts are subject to availability, offered only during specific promotional periods, and while supplies last.

• 2.5 Limited Edition Watches:

Limited edition watches are globally distributed and have limited availability, contributing to their exclusive value. R.WEIL DISTRIBUTION UK LTD cannot guarantee specific serial numbers or a defined timeframe of availability for these watches. Limited edition products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to global demand.

Purchase of Products and Order Process

• 3.1 Order Placement:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the product(s) listed. Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email, creating a contract between you and us.

• 3.3 Right to Refuse Orders:

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

Intent to commercially resell and/or export products
Product unavailability
Incorrect shipping details / unable to reach the customer
You will be informed by email if your order is refused, and you will not be charged.

• 3.5 Order Processing Time 

Orders placed before 11 am on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 11 am, during weekends, or holidays will be processed within 24 hours on the following business day. This applies to all available shipping services at checkout.

 

• 3.6 Account Creation:

 Placing an order involves creating an account. You may upgrade to become a registered member of the Weil Club by entering the serial number of the purchased product, agreeing to the Weil Club's Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, and benefiting from a 3rd-year guarantee extension as detailed in clause 7.

• 3.7 Toccata Heritage x Seconde/seconde/ 

By purchasing the Toccata Heritage x seconde/seconde/ ref. 2280-STC-SEC01, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final. This product is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. 

 

Price & Payment Conditions

• 4.1 Pricing:

Prices are in GBP and include all applicable VAT. Prices on the Website are valid only for sales made through the Website. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.

• 4.2 Pricing Errors:

If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you promptly, allowing you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will not be charged or will be refunded for any canceled orders due to pricing errors.

• 4.3 Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as other payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

• 4.4 Secure Transactions:

Raymond Weil uses secure encryption technologies to protect your payment information. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

• 5.1 Shipping Locations:

We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom and European Union. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or commercial addresses.

• 5.2 Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery estimates are provided during checkout and are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times.

• 5.3 Shipping Fees:

Shipping charges vary based on the selected shipping method and will be displayed during checkout.

• 5.4 Risk of Loss:

Ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the products transfer to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

 

• 6.1 Return Policy:

If you change your mind, you may return within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange including standard delivery costs. However, notice must be provided to us by email within 14 days of receipt.  Goods must be returned:

-          unworn

-          unadjusted

-          with no removal of protective elements

-          with all original packaging, warranty cards, proof of purchase, certificates and accessories

-          in fully resalable condition

The 28-day cancellation right does not apply to:

-          bespoke watches

-          engraved or personalised pieces

-          made-to-order configurations

Such orders are final and non-refundable, except where the product is faulty within the meaning of UK law.

 

• 6.2 Return Process:

 

Please contact our customer service team at aftersales@raymond-weil.co.uk. We will send pre-paid packaging and instructions for you to send the goods back to us. If you do not use the pre-paid label included in the package delivered, the dispatch costs will be payable by yourself.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of cancellation.

 

 

• 6.3 Refunds:

 

 

Please note refunds will be processed on the original payment method. It can take up to 7 days for this to show in your account.

We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

• 6.4 Faulty goods:

 

All our products undergo strict quality control checks. However, on the rare occasion that goods may be supplied with a fault :

In this case, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for faulty goods will be covered by us. To qualify:

-          The fault must not result from accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.

-          The watch must be returned for inspection.

We reserve the right to carry out a technical examination before confirming eligibility for refund. If no fault is found, the watch will be returned to you and reasonable inspection costs may be charged.

After 30 days and within the first six months:

-          We may offer repair or replacement as the primary remedy.

-          A refund will only be offered if repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful.

After six months from delivery, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the goods do not conform to the contract. However, you will need to demonstrate that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.

Any refund after use may be subject to a deduction reflecting fair use, as permitted by law.

RAYMOND WEIL subject all returns to strict quality control checks. Please ensure returned goods are in compliance with the terms outlined above. If we have adjusted the size of watch bracelets, please ensure the original links are returned also. 

 

 

• 6.5 Limitation of Liability 

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

-          We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

-           Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the watch.

Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

 

 

Warranty and Repairs

• 7.1 Limited Warranty:

Raymond Weil products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Details of the warranty, including exclusions and conditions, are available on the Warranty page of our website.

• 7.2 Warranty Extension:

Customers can extend their warranty by one year (to a total of three years) by registering their product’s serial number on our website and joining the Weil Club.

7.3 Repair Services:

For out-of-warranty repairs or services, please contact our authorized service center.

Limitation of Liability

Raymond Weil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, or after delivery, use, or inability to use our products, except as required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to the Terms

Raymond Weil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on the website. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed.
