P1 Polishing case & P2 Polishing case and bracelet. Only available for stainless steel watches in addition to Q2, Q3, M2, M3. Make sure your RAYMOND WEIL timepiece continues to look great with our watch polishing service. As watches are worn, they develop a patina of small scratches or dents that eventually diminish the metal’s overall luster. Our highly-trained technicians clean and polish each timepiece by hand, restoring the metal’s shine or matte finish. Our team has years of experience that you will see, every time you look at your watch. Please note that gold-plated metal cannot be polished, and deep dents/grooves can only be minimalized.
THE PROCESS
Once your watch has been received (see below for submission information), it will be tested for water resistance to ensure that we can complete the cleaning and polishing process. If it needs new gaskets for water resistance, we will contact you. Please note: Our technicians will also provide a complimentary initial evaluation to ensure your RAYMOND WEIL timepiece is in the best possible condition.
Within approximately five business days, an email or a written confirmation of your polishing service will be provided to you, as well as any estimates for recommended repairs. Once approval of the service(s) is received, the polishing is usually completed within five business days. *If a servicing is also approved, the timeframe will be indicated in the estimate. Polishing costs 160 CHF and there is a 25 CHF fee for return shipping. Timepieces from the noemia collection are unable to receive polishing services.
