These Terms apply to individual purchases made through the Website. For business orders, such as multiple products for employee gifts, please notify us; we reserve the right to refuse or impose separate terms.

2.2 Shipping Restrictions:

RW USA does not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or commercial addresses. We reserve the right to request a change of shipping address or cancel orders with such addresses.

2.3 Product Packaging:

Packaging may vary from images shown on the Website.

2.4 Virtual Gift Cards:

When purchasing virtual gift cards, you or your recipient will receive the gift card email on the next business day. Delays may occur due to holidays or office closures.

2.5 Gift With Purchase:

RW USA may offer exclusive gifts during promotional periods. If a gift is included with your order and the qualifying order is subsequently returned, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, RW USA reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund. All promotional gifts are subject to availability, offered only during specific promotional periods, and while supplies last.

2.6 Limited Edition Watches:

Limited edition watches are globally distributed and have limited availability, contributing to their exclusive value. RW USA cannot guarantee specific serial numbers or a defined timeframe of availability for these watches. Limited edition products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to global demand.

3. Purchase of Products and Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the product(s) listed. Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email, creating a contract between you and us.

3.5 Gift Card Purchases:

All gift card sales are final and not eligible for exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. Gift cards are in USD, applicable only online at www.raymond-weil.us for USA & Canada orders, and cannot be used in-store or on authorized retailers' websites. No tax is applied on gift cards; tax is calculated during product purchase.

3.6 Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 11 am on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 11 am, during weekends, or holidays will be processed within 24 hours the following business day. This applies to all available shipping services at checkout.

3.7 Account Creation:

Placing an order involves creating an account. You may upgrade to become a registered member of the Weil Club by entering the serial number of the purchased product, agreeing to the Weil Club's Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, and benefiting from a 3rd-year guarantee extension as detailed in clause 8.

By purchasing the Toccata Heritage x seconde/seconde/ ref. 2280-STC-SEC01, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final. This product is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

4. Price & Payment Conditions

Prices are in USD and include all applicable taxes. Prices on the Website are valid only for sales made through the Website. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.

4.2 Pricing Errors:

If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you promptly, allowing you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will not be charged or will be refunded for any canceled orders due to pricing errors.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Certain items, such as engraved products or gift cards, are non-returnable.

Customers can extend their warranty by one year (to a total of three years) by registering their product’s serial number on our website and joining the Weil Club.

Raymond Weil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, or after delivery. Use, or inability to use our products, except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
